The item I want is sold out. Is there anything I can do?
We do have a seasonal designs in limited quantities only. Please make sure to purchase your dress of your liking before it sells out as we may not guarantee it will ever be in stock again. If you missed it and your favorite item is sold out, please drop us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see if we can help.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax.) You will not be charged at checkout.
How long it will take to receive my order?
We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at email@example.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
